1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product is returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose timeline can adjust)

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided

Ciara Beauty Solution reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products

  • Products that were damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Discounted, promotional, or sale items

  • Free gifts, samples, or bundle offers

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
To process the claim, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order details

  • Photos or videos of the affected product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing and confirming the issue.

4. Refunds

Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds may be issued through:

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product

  • Original payment method (if applicable)

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment service policies.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products of equal value, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for canceled orders follow the standard refund policy.
