When Returns Are Accepted

- The product is expired or near expiry upon delivery
- The packaging was opened or tampered with before delivery
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof (photo or video) of the issue
- The request must be made within the allowed time
Return Request Time
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Shipping charges are only refunded if the issue is from our side.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products not in original condition or packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
